Double room available with shared facilities

We are quiet hard working people who are looking for a similar house share person in a three bed house. We would like someone who is similar and who appreciates living in a tidy home. We both work 9-5 mon fri. I am usually busy on most nights involved in running local children's group. The cost of rent includes all bills except broadband which is available at £10 extra per month. Cleaning of shared areas are included in the rent. There is a garden, washing machine, and shared bathroom, it is a short walk into Beverley and near major routes for commuting.
