Double bedroom in Beverley center

I am looking for somebody to rent a double bedroom in Beverley.
The room is available from 1st of May 2017.
The house is fully furnished with everything you need but the bedroom isn't. (Bed for sale - optional)
Bedroom is a decent size, I currently have a double bed, two single wardrobes, bookshelf, tv stand, and a bedside table with room to spare.
It is a 2 minutes walk from the center.
The average bills are about £160 p/m.
The current flat mates is friendly, welcoming and easy to get along with.
It is a smoke free house but you can smoke in the garden.
Pets are allowed.
On street parking available.
Looking for someone who is nice, friendly, and easy to live with.
