Happy house in a leafy street just off Heavitree seeks third housemate to share with 2 chilled professional people.
We are two guys Ivan aged 41 (but young minded!) and Ben aged 27 hoping to get a third housemate we want to hang out with, not just live with. The house is tidy and clean and the room available is a double. It's partly furnished at the moment including a double bed. We've got all the mod cons like washing machine , freezer, tumble drier, central heating and a bright sunny lounge, wifi etc.
There's even a basement for useful storage and maybe even home brewing?!
It's walking distance into city centre and the R, D & E hospital and close to parks and shops.
