Huge Double bedroom in lovely house with garden

Fantastic room for a great person! I am sad to leave this wonderful house, but I will be moving out with my girlfriend.

The room itself is very large, with two front facing windows and it's double glazed, so when you close the windows it is completely silent.

Although I am taking my furniture with me, I will be leaving the white wardrobe and there's also a chest of drawers you can have from downstairs (please see photos).

The house has a good size living room, a utility area with freezer and washing machine, and a garden with shed. The main benefit of this house is that it has SO much storage, and even a loft as well.

My housemates are fantastic, Paige is a professional working in Baker Street. She moved over here from Australia last December; we found her on SpareRooms and now she is one of our best friends.

Billy is a musician, and plays gigs all over London. He's Irish and a lot of fun to hang out with.

Both are clean and tidy, good fun to go out with but also up for lounging on the sofa with a movie.

There is permit parking outside the front of the house, it's around £50 a year and you always get a space.

The house is around a 7 minute walk from both Wimbledon and South Wimbledon stations and is 1 minute from Sainsburys, and 5 from Morrisons.

All bills are included in the price.
