I have a double room to rent in large detached house in Broughty Ferry. Bus stop for bus to Dundee within 2 mins walk from front door, and local shops inc. post office, pharmacy and bakery are within 5 mins walk.

The house is in a great area in a quiet street, has a large driveway big enough for 4 cars and a garage for storage.

Inside there is a newly fitted kitchen/dining area great for socialising and entertaining. Living room has huge TV with SKY HD package including sky sports. Bathroom has spacious walk in shower with ceiling waterfall and wall mounted head.
The room for rent is large double, has build in wardrobe, double bed and plenty of storage.

There is also a large garden to the front and rear with BBQ, patio and seating area.

I have a very friendly 3 year old chocolate labrador so tennant would need to be good with dogs. He has access to the whole house but not to the room to be rented out.

Bills included, gas, electricity, Sky TV, Virgin 150Mb Broadband.

I also have a cleaner who cleans the entire house weekly included within the rent cost
