I have a large cosy en-suite master bedroom with huge wall fitted wardrobe and storage available for short-let from 28 Apr to 15 May. The room is on the top floor of a new-built spacious 3-floor, 1 living room, 5-bedroom, 4 - bathroom townhouse and it's bright and airy with two big windows and there are good views from the windows. It is fully furnished with double bed, bedside table, 42 inch TV, desk, chair, armchair, coffee table, iron and iron board.

The living room is not for share. Shared kitchen, utility room and sunny garden. Own under-counter fridge, dish rack, shelfs and cupboards and shared freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, gas cooker, oven, washing machine and vacuum cleaner. The dinning table in the kitchen are for the two lodgers only. Gas central heating, full double glazing, free parking spaces in front of the house.

All rooms come with doors and keys so plenty of privacy for everyone.

The townhouse is situated only 15-20 mins' walk to city centre/both unis and 30 mins' walk to ninewell hospital and bus stops only 2 mins' away.

The rent is 18 pound for single or 23 pound for couple per day. Looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and able to pay rent on time. No smoking inside the house, no pets.
