I have a fully furnished double room available from, close to the city centre and right next to Baxter Park.
I am a 39 year old professional male and work Mon-Fri. I like to keep the place nice and clean and I'm looking for a respectful housemate who is ideally a fellow professional, however I will consider students.
The property has been fully refurbished and benefits from double glazing, new kitchen appliances including a dryer. Great access to shops, bakeries, pharmacy, post office, Lidl etc. all within a few mins walk.
I'm looking for someone that is respectful, tidy, likes to be social (but not a 24/7 party animal).
I will happily discuss short term stays and Mon-Fri let.
