I have a fully furnished double room available from July, close to the city centre and right next to Baxter Park.
I am a 38 year old live in landlord who works away from home often so you will regularly have the place to yourself.
The property has been fully refurbished and benefits from double glazing, new kitchen appliances and great access to shops, bakeries, pharmacy, post office, Lidl etc.
I'm looking for someone that is respectful, tidy, likes to be social (but not a 24/7 party animal) and preferably looking at staying between 3-6 months although I will consider shorter length stays.
All bills and council tax included, along with WiFi, Sky Sports, Netflix, Amazon Prime.
