Large double ensuite - Dundee West end

Large double en-suite room in detached house, with garden, Dundee West end. 5 minutes walk from the University of Dundee.

My current flatmate is moving away because her course has went mostly online.

I'm a Scottish professional female and I work at the university. I have the best dog in the world and he makes a wonderful flatmate, but unfortunately he doesn't pay any rent.

I'm fairly quiet and work a lot at the moment as I'm trying to finish my PhD alongside work (I work mainly from home just now due to Covid). I love to be outdoors and hike with my dog when we get the chance, I also love outdoor swimming, but chilled nights in are also good.

I'm looking for someone to rent the second bedroom from January. Student or professional, preferably female but I'm open to discussion if you think this place is right for you (a mature or postgrad student would be a good match for me). You must be okay with my dog, he wanders around the house and garden but doesn't go into the second bedroom.

The room is available from 1st January 2021. Rent is £450pcm. Deposit and references will be handled by the letting agent. Bills not included.
