"Looking for a flatmate to share a lovely, spacious 2 bedroom flat from mid-June. Centrally located in Meadowside next to the McManus museum, 3 min to town centre, Abertay University and Overgate. Excellent transport links, and very close to bus and train station.
Flat and rooms are fully furnished/equipped (bed, wardrobe, sofa, set of drawers, desk), and there is Wi-Fi. There is a large kitchen/dining room, a recently remodeled bathroom and there is also an extra room that is used as a living room/office. The flat uses gas and electricity, and has a large fridge-freezer and washer/dryer.
For council tax reasons, professionals are preferable (or postgraduate students happy to pay council tax). I am a history academic and fiction writer who is quiet, clean and respectful, and would look for the same in a flatmate.
