I'm looking for someone to take over a room for early October. It's a lovely fully furnished flat with a shared kitchen with washing machine, shared bathroom and living area.
By October, I will be a young professional working in Dundee until at least January so will be able to share council tax. I also live with a very cute hamster who lives in our living room.
I wouldn't mind someone who was only looking to stay for a minimum of 3 months. I would prefer to live with females or a couple.
NOTE: this property was up for rent for July but has already been let, but the same room is available in October.
