Kitchen contains electric hob and oven, shared fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and stand mixer.
Bathroom with shower over the bath and plenty of towels.
Entrance hallway, with storage space for coats, shoes and bags, connects to all the rooms, kitchen accessed from living room.
The flat is located in the Balgay area of Dundee. There are great views over the city to law hill and the stack. The city centre, university and Ninewells Hospital are easily accessible by public transport, car or a mile on foot. Situated on the side of Balgay Hill, the flat is a 30 minute uphill walk away from the city centre. On street parking is on a first come first served basis. If you want to arrive after 6pm, you may need to park a few streets over.
