Vegan Household Available for Short-Term Let

I have a double room available in a vegan household. Let is a short term as I’ll be looking to sell, although I’d be looking for flat mates in the new place too when I buy. Deposit is £250, and rent £90 a week for a single person or £110pw for a couple. This includes council tax, broadband and all other bills. The house is in a quiet residential area next to the Botanic Gardens and the lounge overlooks the Tay. There is a home office type room which you can use too as well as use of the kitchen and living room. I’m pretty easy going and quiet but sociable. This isn’t really a party household but more like somewhere to relax. There is reasonable free street parking around and easy access to Ninewells, Perth Road, Perth, or the Kingsway. The house is near major bus routes. Your orientation makes no difference but you must be lgbt-friendly at least.
