Live In Landlord looking for friendly flat-mate

Hello!

I'm looking for a friendly person to share my two-bed flat in the west end of Dundee.

I own the flat and have decorated myself - it doesn't have an ensuite, but a shared bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The bedroom itself just comes with a built-in wardrobe and bed, but lots of other storage thorough out the flat and you would be welcome to bring your own furniture!

I'm basement level on one side, but have amazing views onto the Tay and direct access to the back garden too.
I'm looking for someone just to help out with the bills, so keen to keep the rent low. All the bills are included. I'm a really tidy person and would be looking to get a cleaner (factored into the price already) so that neither I nor the person I live with have to worry about it too much.

I work as an Assistant Curator at the V&A, so busy a lot of the time, but keen to find someone I can have a chat and a beer (or wine if that's more your thing) with occasionally and share the really lovely living room with of an evening. I love old movies, bad tv and enjoy cooking too.
