I have ONE large room available in a three bedroom house in the Westend (DD1 5QG), 10-15 minutes walk from the Dundee University or Abertay University for a non-smoking Female student.

The room will be available now. You will share with a female non-smoking student

All other communal areas will be shared by two students. The third room, I will keep for myself. I have graduated with a medical degree from Dundee University and now have a job in Manchester, so most of the time there will be just two of you in the house. I would come up on my days off and stay in my room during that time. The rooms are carpeted and have wardrobe, single bed, Bedside table, bookshelf, Study table with chair. There is also TV in the room.

The house is comfortable with all the facilities. There is WI-FI internet throughout the house. Good bathroom with shower. Another separate shower room as well. The Kitchen/diner is newly fitted and has washing machine, gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and table and chairs in the dining area.

The lounge is large and has two sofas, LCD TV, hi-fi and Sky TV (Freeview only).

The rent is £360 INCLUSIVE OF ALL THE BILLS based on 10 month lease.

There is also parking available.
