Looking for 2 replacement tenants.

Shared Living Room

Hello!
Me and my flatmate of 2 years Calum, have recently had two of our flatmates decide to move out, this was sprung onto us at quite short notice and neither of us wish to move so we are looking for 2 people to move in alongside us.
The house is around a 15 minute walk from the university. There are 4 bathrooms in the house, 3 of them shared, one of which is on each floor and the top floor one containing a shower/bath, as well as a shared living room and kitchen.
We are in a very student prominent area and have groups of friends living in the houses around us howeverwe have a family next door to us so we dont tend to have parties very often and if we do, it is usually held at one of our friends houses, myself and Calum both cook a lot as well so plenty oppurtinities for flat meals or movie nights.
