Double room 10 mins from Dundee city centre

Hello,
I am a first year medical student. My flatmate has recently dropped out and I therefore have a spare room available.
I have a really lovely, cosy flat with a kitchen/living room, bathroom and two double bedrooms.
The spare bedroom is a really nice size. It has a double bed, double wardrobe, window seat and massive desk with benches already there. There is a ton of storage if that is something you would need.
The kitchen is really lovely with a fair amount of storage. I love to cook so I have pretty much everything someone would need if they like cooking.
The living room is super cute with a sofa, armchair and a computer for work/watching movies. It has has south facing windows so the apartment is always flooded with light.
The bathroom is a nice nice size with plenty of storage too.
I do have two kittens, Lupin and Mim, who are 3 months old and really affectionate and lovely.
I am just generally looking for a flatmate who is friendly and tidy.

(I'm going to post pictures as soon as my flatmate moves out but currently there are moving boxes everywhere around my flat.)
