Modern 2 Bedroom flat, Looking for flatmate

Looking for a new flatmate starting in August. The flat is very spacious and was newly renovated a couple years ago.

The upstairs room is the one available, may not be suitable for someone with a disability due to the stairs being a little steep.

Comes with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

There's fast 350mb broadband available. I also have a home NAS which you'd be free to use to backup your data, or store stuff over a local network.
I work during the weekdays so I'd be out the flat between 9am and 7pm most days.
I'm not too bothered by noise and we don't really have any neighbours so shouldn't be an issue.

The insulation is decent, all the windows are double glazed. Heating is also controlled with a thermostat.

The bathroom is quite spacious and has a rainfall shower head.

The flat also has a parking spot available for a car, a spare room currently being used for storage, a private garden and a large balcony by the front entrance.

There currently isn't a photo of the upstairs bedroom available as my current flatmate was out when I'm posting this and I can't post pictures of his room without his permission first. Sorry, will post them when I can :p
