I am currently looking for a flatmate to share my two-bedroom flat with. I am re-listing after the previous tenant chose to return home to England due to a change in jobs.

I purchased the flat just over a year ago and have slowly been making it my own (new kitchen, new carpets, painting etc). I’m looking for a bit of company and the extra income will also allow me to continue to invest more into the flat and make it even more homely!

The room is a large double sized room and comes with a double bed, ample storage and a desk (please note bedding/linen etc will not be provided). There’s access to a shared kitchen with a brand new washing machine, oven and even a dishwasher! There’s a shared bathroom with an electric shower over the bath which is also fairly new. The living room has plenty of sofa space for you to get comfy, it also has a small dining table (which extends to four for dinner parties!) and an electric baby grand for those who can play (or those who wish to learn).

I work as a nurse at the local hospital. I am also currently studying an MSc at Dundee Uni. I work both dayshift (8am-8pm) and nightshift (2000-0800) and so I am looking for someone who will be courteous and appreciate I may be sleeping during the day.

When I get a bit of downtime I like to get out and about as much as possible. I’m quite a sociable character. During lockdown I got in to paddle boarding and am currently trying to perfect my technique (i. e. not falling in). I’m looking forward to the world re-opening and getting out for some adventures.
