1 double room available from the start of November. My current flatmate is relocating for work so looking for someone fairly soon. I’m a fairly busy guy, I work full time and volunteer and play sports in my free time. I am a fairly sociable person so would prefer an outgoing flatmate. I would prefer someone who will keep the flat tidy as well.
The flat is fully furnished and finished to a good standard. Rent is £350 plus bills per month. Flat is centrally located in town. I’m happy to show anyone round and have a coffee to see if we are a good fit. I have no preference on living with males or females as I’ve done both in the past happily.
