Looking for a flatmate

My flatmate of three years is moving away so I'm looking for someone to fill her place for my final year of uni!

About the flat:
The flat is located in the Blackness/Westend area. It's only a short walk away from the city centre and both universities. It's about 20min walk to big Tesco but there's Sainsburys and Lidl closer by. Perthroad with its lovely pubs, cafes and shops is really near by, as well as lots of nice parks.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, and a shared livingroom/kitchen. It's fully furnished and we have all the kitchen necessities like microwave, coffee machine and some pans and pots. But I'd be happy for you to bring whatever and add some decoration too if you'd like!
Your bedroom (in the pics) has a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. It's facing the backyard so it's nice and peaceful.
The rent is £250pcm + bills. We currently have all needed contracts and stuff so you wouldn't have to worry about it, but we can also look into them together if you'd like!
We have a private landlord who's always been really nice and helpful.

About me:
I'm a 24 years old, 4th year psychology student. I'm from Finland but have been living in Dundee for three years now. I'm sociable, outgoing and laid-back. I'm very open-minded and get along with everyone. I'll keep the common areas clean but I'm not fussy. I have tons of experience living with different kinds of people and have never had any issues.

What I'm looking for:
I'd love to find a chill and nice flatmate, maybe someone with some similar interests. It'd be lovely to spend some time together every now and then, maybe cooking or going out. What'd you like? However, I'll always respect you and your privacy and alone time as well! Your gender doesn't matter, but it'd be lovely if we'd be around the same age and if you too were a student.
