I have a double room available in my home in Invergowrie. This would be for a fixed term period initially from the 25th June to to 6th August but could be extended as my other lodger will be leaving mid-September.
The room is large, sunny and quiet. There is a brand new matress, wardrobe, desk and chair if needed.
Shared access to the bathroom, kitchen, separate livingroom and garden.
This is a friendly, quiet house. Guests or visitors by agreement / arrangement.
The rent is £420 per calendar month with a contribution to energy bills in winter months (CTax not applicable to a student). I am environmentally aware and try to be economical and 'bill aware' - so I am looking for someone who is going to be energy aware also. Wifi included.
Invergowrie is a lovely place to live surrounded by great walks and with a shop, coffee shop, pub, deli and pharmacy on our doorstep. It's a ten minute bus ride to the centre if Dundee and very close to Ninewells hospital. It is also very close to The James Hutton Institute so would be ideal for anyone working or studying there.
