3 bed flat looking for 1 student flatmate

Looking for a student flatmate who's well mannered, is willing to help keep communal spaces clean and tidy, and is not too loud both day and night. The flat itself is in a great location, only a 14 minute walk from campus (DUSA union), an 8 minute walk to Sainsburys Local and a 20 minute walk to Lidl. It's also next door to Clarks 24 hour Bakery. We have a spacious open plan living area, in the kitchen we have 2 cupboards each, and a shelf each in both the fridge and freezer. We have a washing machine and a dish washer (although we don't currently use it to save on electricity prices), and we have standard kitchen appliances and the flat comes with some dinnerware (plates, pans, frying pans etc). Bathroom has shower and bath. Your room will have a double bed, big window and lots of natural light, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair. We are also HMO licensed. We are both biomedical students, both welcoming, clean and tidy, and conscious about noise, so we don't disturb other flatmates.
