Double Room Available in Lovely West End Flat

We are looking for another flatmate to share our flat.

I am a live in landlord and currently have one other (preferably female) flatmate. We are both full time workers and are looking for another friendly flatmate who is also preferably a young professional.

Our flat is really big, with loads of space to chill out. It's a gorgeous flat and we take great care of it, so we would ideally like someone who also is clean and tidy.

We currently have a furnished double room for rent. The photos show it with our previous flat mate's belongings, so you can see it's a great size. It comes with the bed and mattress, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

We are both friendly and would love a flatmate who would like to spend some time socialising. We like spending time alone, but also spend time together and having meals or nights out :)

The flat's council tax band is D which works out at about £38pp each month between three.
