The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining area. The living room is spacious. There is a separate utility room which has the washing machine.
There is access to a back garden and drying area.
The house is a 5 minute walk from the university campus and is in the DD1 area. You would be sharing with 3 second year students studying Life Sciences, Product Design and English. We are all very friendly, sociable and clean so we are looking for someone likeminded.
