A room with an ensuite to rent in a new build house. My boyfriend (24yo) and I (24yo) currently live here with a cat and a kitten. It's a 12 minute drive to the city center. Private off street parking available.

Large garden and very green, quiet location. The area has a very enjoyable feel to it. Large private driveway with space for multiple cars so perfect for someone with a car.

Looking for someone respectful and who likes cats. The room is very private and the house is mostly very quiet but we do have regular movie nights with different friends which you would be more than welcome to start joining if you'd prefer a more social time :) A couple would also be suitable however an extra charge of £50 would be required to go towards bills. Perfectly happy to accommodate social/family gatherings.

The room is large and fully furnished, with tiled ensuite toilet/shower. It is west facing into trees so naturally bright throughout the day and lovely sunset views.

The price includes bills, and full use of the house, including the garage, driveway, garden, kitchen, living room etc.

There is a bus stop opening 1 min walk away however I'm not sure when.

The home is a Miller homes new build at Strathmartine Park.
