Moving out of this flat so need someone to take my room.

The flat is located at the bottom of Blackness Avenue as it joins Perth road. Less than a 10 minute walk from Dundee university and 15 minutes from the city centre and major transport links. A short 3 minute walk from Sainsbury’s and other local shops, with larger supermarkets close by.

Shared with 2 females, both recent graduates and now working.

There is 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen with a small living space and dining table.
The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, large ikea storage unit, a desk and views of the River Tay from the window.

Bills and WiFi are already set up with the remaining flatmates but are not included in the rent price.

It is a very chilled, clean & friendly flat !
