1 Double Bed in Peaceful 2 Room Flat

I am looking for a flatmate for one room; I have no preferences about occupation or gender. The flat is for two, so it is not overcrowded, and it is a peaceful place to stay.

The room is bright, facing south-east, with a double bed, a desk, and some storage space (with additional storage available in the kitchen, bathroom, and hall as well). It also features really good internet (Sky Full Fibre Gigafast).

There is free on-street parking, typically with several spaces.

All bills are included (energy bills, internet, council tax). Only if you turned your room into a sauna or spent an incredible amount of time cooking or showering could there be a slight amendment :)

The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a fridge (with a freezer), an electric hob/oven, and the necessary basic equipment. I want to purchase a microwave a bit later.

About me
I believe I am an easy-going person; sometimes I can chat for hours about... anything, and sometimes I prefer my own peace. And of course, I respect the peace and privacy of others. I enjoy hiking, history, cycling, baking, reading, and whisky (I am not a party animal, I'm a professional :) I work in the distillery).

And I definitely like a clean environment, some kind of unorganised stuff is okay, but dirt is not. So, being reasonably tidy is essential.

And a few honest facts:
The room is not the biggest (in marketing speech: it's very cosy!) and the flat is in the rank "not great, not terrible". Something is weary, but it is functioning, and there are no significant problems. There is no living room.

Pets are not allowed (on the other hand, I haven't spotted any unwelcome fluffy dwellers here), and smoking is not permitted throughout the house.

I want to make your living arrangement here official, so you will need to undergo a check with MyRentalCV (which is just a few clicks on the website; that's the landlord's wish, not mine) and be added to the contract (although the primary responsibility for the flat remains with me).
