I am an erasmus student living in a 4 bedrooms flat just next to the University of Dundee and 1 room is available
The flat is modern and situated in a modern building so there's a low heating consumption.
There's :
2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe.
The kitchen has an oven, a washmachine, a dishwasher, a microwave.
The University of Dundee is just across the street so it's very convenient for students.
The actual flatmate : 1 girl (me) and 2 boys : one scottish, one from pakistan
You can move in as soon you as you want
The rent is £290 + bills that are around £40 per month including electricity and internet.
