Double en-suite in Victorian cottage in West end

Firstly, there's only one photo because the house is currently under some pretty extreme renovations! If you're interested in the room, do get in touch and I'd be happy to show you around/take some more photos.

I've recently moved to Dundee, and have bought a little cottage in the West end. There are builders in renovating right now, and the house is to be completely finished between February and March.

It's just over a mile to Ninewells hospital, and just over a mile to the University, so would suit either a professional or a mature student with a car (or bike!). It's RIGHT next to Taypark House, so we'll have a really nice gin bar/restaurant literally 30m from the door ;)

The house is quite small, but is fully detached and is plenty big for two people to live comfortably in. I'm renovating to a really high standard, and everything is brand new. It has three bedrooms (but I plan on turning one of them into an office/tv room with a bed-settee for guests), two bathrooms, solid oak floors throughout, a living room with a wood burning stove, heated tiling in the main bathroom and kitchen, a good sized private garden and enough private parking for several cars.


I'm originally Scottish, I recently turned 28, and have just moved to Dundee for work from Australia- in business management. I work Monday to Friday, although I sometimes work from home. I like a drink and a night out every so often, but it'll generally be a pretty relaxed but tidy household with a great sound system, lots of books and tea, and a well-stocked wine rack. You'll be the first person to live in there with me, so will be able to influence all the bits and pieces I buy for the house.

Rent can be discussed- I plan on providing everything in the cost, from utility bills to unlimited internet etc.
