Due to 3 of our flatmates finding new jobs/graduating, we are looking for 3 new flatmates to move in in July this year!

We're a laid back household, friendly and sociable. You'll be living with a computer games programmer (student), a forensics graduate, and an artist filmmaker. We're not a massive partying/going out household, but we sometimes drink and hang out, have the occasional party/games night or night out at rooms etc. We all currently work part time, we clean up after ourselves and we pay our bills...and now we're looking for some likeminded people to come join us!

Students or professionals (although professionals slightly preferred due to council tax) Age under 30 preferred, all genders & orientations welcome, smokers/non smokers (we have a back garden). We're just looking for friendly, honest and reliable people to share our space with.

We have an awesome house with generously sized rooms, high ceilings, massive amounts of storage space, a back garden and driveway space for two cars, with free on street parking near by. You'll get a space in the fridge/fridge, cupboard space, and welcome to have friends over. There will be 6 of us living here but it's never cramped or stressful as there's plenty of room. The main bathroom will be shared by only 3 people, as there are two en suites in the house (one on offer) and the other is used by two current flatmates.

Rent: £275 per month
Utility Bills: £30-40 per month on average
Wifi: £6 per month
