I'm a professional at the University and would be looking for someone similar. I like to keep busy and tend to go away when I get the chance. The ideal flatmate would be sociable, tidy and friendly. Students are welcome, especially postgraduates, but note a contribution to the council tax is still required which is included in the rent (£260 rent + £60 council tax). Bills are around £40 a month including internet depending on the time of year.
Would ideally prefer to do flat viewings in the evenings but very flexible.
