We are looking for a new flatmate in a maisonette in the West End from February.
The house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. You would be occupying one of the bedrooms upstairs and sharing the house with a female PhD student.
The bedroom comes with a double bed, bedside table, desk, chair, 2 chest of drawers and space outside the room to hang your clothes.
Additional advantages: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TV and gas heating.
Nice and quiet neighbourhood, great view of the Tay and parking space on the street. 15mins walk away from the University of Dundee – 20 mins from city centre (5mins by bus).
