Double Room in Bright, Cozy Flat

Living room. It looks a bit different now - we got some new furniture and quite a few houseplants!

SHORT TERM ROOM AVAILABLE - Double room available in our bright, cozy flatshare in north Dundee. It's my room so you would be subletting, ideally for 2-3 months but could potentially be longer if you needed.

It's a double room. I'm ideally looking to sublet to one person but would consider a couple.

You would be sharing with my two lovely housemates (+ my house plants!). They're friendly and tidy.

The flat has a shared bathroom and shared kitchen.. Everything has just been re-done so the interiors and appliances etc are all brand new. The flat is also double glazed throughout with gas central heating and has big, south-facing windows.

There is ample free on-street parking available just outside our building.

The location is handy for Dundee Technology Park, Ninewells Hospital and the James Hutton Institute. We also have a really big supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

Bills are usually around £40 per person per month but it's very variable at the moment. Gas/electric is shared between all 3 housemates.
