Cozy Student Flat Double Room To Rent :)

Hello! I am an 18 y/o computing student looking for a flatmate! The room is available from now until the end of June.

The flat includes:

Fully furnished kitchen with a fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, toaster and blender.

1 toilet with a shower over bath.

Spacious living room with a large corner sofa and sofa bed, plenty of decoration space and shelves, and a coffee table/storage unit.

Broadband included in rent.

The for rent room is an unfurnished back-facing large double room, with a built in wardrobe and shelves. It has 1 window with a nice view of our garden and the allotments! The room is having a new carpet placed within the next month so will be lovely for someone moving in!

I am currently studying and working so there will be plenty of time to have alone in the flat. The flat is about a 15 minute walk from the uni, and 20 minutes to town or a 5 minute bus. There is a large shared garden at the back of the flat with a washing line, and parking available all up the street.
