Looking for one flatmate to join four currently renting in Friary Gardens (just off City Road). The room has a double bed, a bedside table, a whole wall wardrobe and a chest of drawers (the desk and small cabinet are mine and I'm taking those). You will also be able to use the garage and the living room cupboards for further storage. You are also welcome to the living room desk if you don't have your own. The house has 3 bathrooms, enough for 1 between 2 people, plus an additional downstairs toilet.
We are all male graduate students, aged 24-28 (A 2nd year medic, a 3rd year medic, a neurology master's student and a 3rd year computer scientist), but all potential renters are welcome. It is a non-smoking house (but if you do smoke you can go in the garden or round the side of the house), and our contract does not allow for pets. We have two cars between us, meaning traveling to the shops is not an issue.
You will be able to move in as soon as I move out, and I will have paid the rent amount for December, so your first payment won't be until 3rd January.
