The room available is on the back of the property away from the main road. The flat is located very close to the water font which runs to Carnoustie and Broughty Ferry with a cycle path to either.
I myself am a fairly laid back individual working full time who is looking for somebody to replace my current flatmate when he moves out. I enjoy peace and quiet but I am still social.
