Town centre location but off the high street, so no traffic noise. Quiet location. Friendly neighbours.

The flat has one double bedroom with double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and a large built in wardrobe.

Bathroom with double-size shower.

Kitchen with oven, electric hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. Kitchen table with two chairs. All cutlery and crockery available.

Living room with comfy sofa, footrest, tv, electric fire and bookshelves.

Electric boiler and wet electric heating (radiators).

Property was fully refurbished three years ago and so everything is quite new and in good working order.

Broadband internet, water and electricity bills and council tax included. Note I would need to increase cost for a couple as the electricity and council tax will cost more. Price negotiable for the right tenant.
