Spacious furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment, first floor of a beautiful Victorian building next to Oban ferry terminal and town centre. Quiet location with stunning views across Oban bay. Private parking.

Cosy shared living room, shower room, dining area and modern kitchen: Large fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

The bedroom available overlooks the peaceful back garden: king-size bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a large set of drawers. The shared bathroom has a large walk-in shower. As a furnished short term let only, decor and furnishings are tastefully neutral. Space is a little limited for personal furnishings or additional storage.

The garden to the back of villa is shared with three other flats. Private car parking for one vehicle is available.

Sharing with a cheery, tidy, professional, 36 year old who predominantly works from home, and a beautifully well behaved, quiet cocker spaniel. I’m a sociable, outdoorsy chap, often out visiting friends or family, but enjoy peace at home. Would be well suited to key worker or shift worker, but all applicants considered :)

£550 per month, plus fixed shared bills.
