We have lovely modern rooms available in this shared townhouse in Almondsbury. This house is in a great location for Aztec west and within very easy access to the motorway. Located on a quiet residential street surrounded by green space, this property is also ideal for anyone working from home.

• Cosy but spacious rooms are set over three floors, fully furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk space for anyone who may be working from home.

• There is a large sitting room, with freeview TV and plenty of seating, located on the first floor.

• The shared kitchen / diner space is also on the first floor and has plenty of cupboard space and is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay to cook yourself a meal,

• There is a utility room on the ground floor, that leads to the garden area

• Large garden space is perfect for relaxing in in the summer months.

• This house has 2 shared bathrooms (one with bath and shower on the top floor and one with just a shower on the ground floor), meaning there is never too much pressure on the communal space.

• We supply bedding and the essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, laundry powder and toilet roll, all free of charge throughout your entire stay.

• Live in house manager keeps the houses clean and tidy on a daily basis.

• The current sharers are all lovely and friendly and would be very welcoming to any potential new sharers.
