In a 5-flat block in a quiet cul de sac is my split-level apartment over a ground floor and converted basement. The bedroom is huge with a double sash window at one end. Each room has its own wi-fi adapter for perfect connection to the 500 Mbs broadband (yes, 500 Mbs!).
There is a small patio garden.
There is also a large, enclosed area outside with access for all occupiers of the flats.
The flat is huge - 192 sqm, with a sprawling basement (see pics).

Converted in 2005 to habitable living space. It includes a lounge area with a 60” UHD TV and Tannoy surround-sound cinema system all hooked up to a full-package Virgin V6 box. The lounge area seats up to nine - cheek to cheek.
The kitchen area spans the length of one of the long walls. It features a five-ring gas hob, twin oven and grill, a fridge/freezer full-size dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, and several wall/base units.
The communal bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, powerful shower connected directly to the combi boiler, ceramic tiled floor, and large basin sink. 1 x shaver socket, a radiator, and extractor fan.
I’m an easy-going live-in landlord. I occupy the ensuite/suite room at the end of the flat so will be self-contained. I work from home, so need the flat to myself during the day. This means that to apply you must work away from home during the day. You must also be aware that I will have my eleven-year-old son staying with me occasionally. He’s a lovely, polite, sociable lad. He has his own room at the flat.
