Lovely house with large garden and two parking spaces just off Ashley Down road. You will have a double room and an additional single room included in your rent - great for a dressing room/ music room or office for home working.
It is a lovely house with downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom with shower over bath, spacious living room, kitchen and large garden.
It has a double bed in the room already and a wardrobe and chest of drawers (but the wardrobe and chest of drawers can go if you have your own). Your extra room has no furniture in so is an empty canvas for you to do what you like with!
You will be sharing with one other friendly professional and I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and will keep the house lovely. Sociable but also independent and does their own thing. Now we are opening up from lockdown I am really looking forward to having people over for barbeques and we have been growing lots of flowers and veg in the garden. Fingers crossed for them anyway! I love this house it is one of the best I have ever lived in so really recommend coming and having a look!
I work a mixture of home working and going into the office and I am open to those who work from home or not - pretty easy! Please do get in touch if you fancy viewing. The rent is £575 and the bills around £150 on top of this.
