Hello,

We are Zoe and Nick, currently on the look out for two new house mates for our friendly home in Ashley Down, behind the St Werb allotments.

We are on the look out for two people to move in and join us in our new home. We like to cook veggie meals together and would ideally like to find two people that are up for hanging out from time to time and also enjoy living in a quiet, clean environment.

We only recently got to know each other so our home is very much in the process of being co-created. It’s not a party house so best suited to working professionals or mature/postgrad students of our own age.

Top floor room will be available from 28 Aug and Second floor room will be available sometime in September (exact date TBC between 7-11 September)

The Area:
15mins walk to Gloucester Road and nearby bus-stops. Co-Op, Aldi, Lidl and Tesco all within walking distance. Also very close to purdown, mound, and werbs farm green spaces. There is also a free parking space that comes with the house.

The House:
There is one bathroom to share between three of us and there is one ensuite. Both the rooms are a modest size but very good for the price and location. They fit a double bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers and come partially furnished. We have a small kitchen, separate living room and garden. There is also a shared toilet downstairs. It’s non pets and non smoking household.

The house is run by a management company and the tenancy is a 6 month fixed contract and then 1 month rolling after that. There is 1 month rent deposit. The agency requires references and paperwork up front, but have otherwise been very chill and quick to respond/fix things.

Top floor room £312.50, second floor room £325, plus about £90-100 in bills (if we get two more students could lose council tax)
