The top floor of a 3 storey house available, this includes private use of a large double bedroom, lounge and family bathroom.

The house is a recently renovated listed building, it has high ceilings, big sash windows allowing for lots of light. It is an end terrace house and on a no through road so it is very quiet whilst being close to Gloucester Road.

It has excellent links to the city centre with a bus stop (number 70 bus) at the bottom of the road that's only a 1 minute walk away. It is also convenient to get to Southmead, MOD, M32. It's a 10 minute walk to Gloucester Road as well as Aldi and Lidl on Muller Road and a local Coop.

The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe with black out blinds.

The lounge has a comfortable sofa, TV with Netflix and Now TV (no aerial TV) with more storage space.

The family bathroom has a shower over bath, touch sensor light and anti fog mirror and a storage unit.

Also included are weekly cleans.

The kitchen/dining area is shared and has electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a large dining table.

There is a large shared communal garden and on street parking.

We are looking for someone to stay Monday-Friday who is a friendly professional and doesn't mind keeping to themselves. I am out 9-5 and usually get home and continue working in the living room for a while. My partner works from home in the downstairs study and he usually goes to the gym in the evenings. We have a friendly dog who will roam the bottom two floors of the house and we will put a stair gate up so the dog can't access the top floor. We are a quiet household and are looking for someone similar who will also respectfully tidy up after themselves in the shared kitchen.
