Double room to rent to a professional in 3 bedroom house in Fairfield Park - 15 min walk to town. The house has been freshly renovated including all new bathroom, kitchen, carpets, garden, and painted throughout. The bedroom on offer is available furnished or unfurnished and currently has a new double bed and mattress. There is also a dressing room / study next door which is free to be used for additional storage.

The house is in a great position with parking outside, lovely views towards Prior Park and the neighbourhood is really quiet. I work in town and it takes me 15 minutes to walk to the city centre. There is a shop, pub, chemist etc within a 5 minute walk of the house and Larkhall is only a short stroll away. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, clothes washer, dryer and all kitchenware is free to use.

I am friendly, enjoy running and keeping fit, cooking, entertain occasionally, like going to the pub but rarely stay out that late. I am ideally looking for someone who is amiable, neat, and will enjoy the peace and quiet that the house offers.

I would prefer someone who does not work from home full time.
