Single Room Avaiable Near ruh

Nice and cozy 4 bedroom house at 5 mins walking from RUH, 1 minutes away from the bus stop.
We are Anna, Isabel, Eloise, 3 professionals who would like to welcome you into this house. We are interested in having 1 more housemate and maybe 1 new friend. We would like tidy and easy going people, who don't spend too much time in the bathroom and who are not too noisy at night and don't mind being around people and friends who may come to visit us. The property has a very big living room, a fully furnished kitchen with a dish washer, a washing machine, kettle, microwave, oven and 2 fridges with 2 freezers. There are also 2 bathrooms and there is no carpet in the whole house but a really nice easy to clean wooden floor. The room avaiable is a single with a brand new furniture and bed and mattress. The landlord is ever so nice and accepts most of our requests and if there is something to solve or sort out he always helps. we normally pay around 50£ each per months for bills.
