Room available in quiet area of Weston - 10 minute walk from the Royal United Hospital.
The room comes furnished with a small double bed (with under bed storage), small desk/shelving unit and single wardrobe. There's an upstairs bathroom as well as downstairs loo. Shared sitting room and kitchen with dining space.
Looking for Monday-Friday let. Rent would include all bills (+TV license and broadband), as well as private off road parking space.
I am the home owner and work long hours at the nearby RUH, so enjoy quiet evenings, but am not adverse to dinner time chats, film nights and board games. I have a partner who regularly visits/stays.
Ideally, I am looking for a quiet and considerate professional who needs a base in Bath during the week.
