The room has come available due to an old housemate leaving and is available to move into immediately.

The rest of the flat consists of the kitchen, bathroom, 2 other bedrooms and the large living room/ dining room.

The house is perfectly located outside of central bath whilst still having the benefits of a quiet street. And two nice pubs!

About us:

I am a 22 year old female who works in the Jane Austen Centre. In my spare time I like to socialise, swim and do artsy stuff! I am laid back and easy to get on with.

David is 24 year professional working in central bath for a digital marketing agency. He is also very social, enjoys keeping fit and long walks on the beach.

We both relaxed, fun, conciderate house mates looking for another like minded individual!

The boring bit:

Deposit: £415.34 (third of the total deposit which you will be reimbursed when finishing the tenantcy)

First months rent: £465

Total up front cost: £880.34

Bills come to about £100 p/m between three (council tax, gas, electric, water and Internet)

The remainder of the term is 6 months.

There is a parking permit available which can be applied for from the council.
