Furnished double room nr Moorland Road

Hello!

We are two professionals looking to replace our housemate. The house is 10 minutes walk from Moorland road and around 25 minutes walk from the city centre. Council tax band B.

We are a sociable household so are looking for a friend not just a housemate and someone to watch rubbish TV with. We are pretty tidy and respectful of each other so would be looking for someone to do the same. Kobi the dog visits once a week for the day and some weekends. Becka looks after him. He is a medium mixed breed dog who is very friendly and happy to sit on your lap and watch TV or go out for walks. He loves all people and rarely barks.

The room is a furnished double room on the first floor. It has a wardrobe, double bed, desk and chair. It has a bathroom next door shared with one other person.

Elsewhere we have a large kitchen with gas hob, washing machine, 'fridge, freezer and lots of storage plus a dining room table and chairs. We have a communal living room with TV. We have a conservatory which is is nice to relax in in summer. Upstairs is a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet shared by the two upstairs rooms.

Outside we have a small garden with a patio area.

We have a great relationship with our neighbours and we are a very happy household.

Bills are not included (electric, water, gas, council tax, fast internet and TV licence) but come to around £150 each a month. We just split them three ways.

There is free on street parking outside the house.

The room will be available from the beginning of January.
