Double Room in Fantastic House in Oldfield Park

Hi,

I am looking for someone to take over my double room in a 7-bed house share on Lyndhurst Road. The house has recently been refurbished and you won't be disappointed! It is conveniently located with the nearest bus stop only 50 metres away and the nearest supermarket only 250 metres away.

There is a bright and spacious lounge with comfy sofas, dining table and chairs and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. French doors lead out to a patio garden. There is a great fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons including 2 fridge/freezers, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Also, a utility room which has another washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a bathroom on each floor. Broadband is included.

The bedroom is on the ground floor and is light and airy. There is a double bed, large mirrored wardrobe, freestanding shelf unit, desk and chair.

The other tenants are all lovey students at Uni of Bath studying Psychology, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Mechanical Engineering and Chemistry. They are all sociable and like to go out for meals together occasionally. They are all respectful, polite and tidy and will treat the communal spaces with respect.
