We are looking for 1 lodger to occupy our top floor flat which is 2 minutes walk from the city centre. The flat has 2 double bedrooms (additional bedroom can be used as storage room), 1 large bathroom with shower and a bath and a living room/kitchen area which the lodger will have exclusive use of. The flat was renovated last year so is finished to a high standard.
We are ideally looking for a quiet and respectful lodger to occupy the space - ideally a professional with 9-5 jobs. We would also consider a Monday-Friday lodger at a reduced rate.
My partner and I occupy the middle 3 floors of our home and the lower ground floor is rented out to Airbnb guests but they have a private entrance.
We have a 5 month old baby and are therefore looking for a lodger who are respectful of this setup.
